Brittany celebrated her 23rd Birthday at TAO Las Vegas last night. Her actual birthday is tomorrow. Brittany has also dyed her hair back to blonde for her “Gossip Girl” spin-off. She looks beautiful as always! Previews and gallery link are below:

    wow her cake looks beautiful! can’t believe she’s 23! she looks great! i’ll definitely have to check out TAO when i go to vegas next time! seems like its a hotspot for the celebs! looking forward to her new series!
